"The Representative had Lack of knowledge and lack of customer service , very rude . Representative had an attitude from the moment I walk in the store and the fact that she was the only Representative there in the store trying to assist 2 customer especially close to closing time was not helpful to me. I spent 3 hours in the store without my issue being resolve at all . Waste time. Please save yourself the time and go to another att store with more knowledgeable employees."

"My issue is not with the store but with the horrible signal strength that we get. Ninety-nine percent of the time we only have one bar and once in a while we’ll get two bars. I called customer service and was advised that there is only “limited coverage” in our area, (Wayne County)”. The representative sent me a link so that I could make a formal request that they upgrade the tower situation. If they’ve already identified the issue it shouldn’t fall on the customer to beg for a remedy."

"This is crazy. So we went in to see about plans and phones. The first girl we talked to didn’t give us much to any info about plans or anything. Then we got told for both phones including plans monthly it would be 180 a month. I look on the AT&T app to see how much and what time of month the bill is due and the app says payment is 353 a month!! This is how businesses rope you in!"

"This is not my experience but something that I was blessed to witness while in the Jesup store today. There was an elderly lady who was having an issue with her phone and Charmaine (I think that's her name) was so sweet and patient with her. It did my heart good to see how well she treated this woman. If I wasn't fortunate enough to live in the same town as my mother, then I hope she would find someone as helpful and patient as Charmaine to help her. She is a real asset to the store, and I'm so thankful I was privileged to see her customer service in action."
