"We have used their services multiple times. The techs are awesome and very sweet. This last time though, our washer broke and we scheduled a repair appointment. The nice gentleman came out and repaired the part. He said it was a 30 day warranty for their service. He said if there were any problems, give them a call. A week later, our washer stopped working again. We gave them a call and were told that since our washer is used, and we don’t have a code (something along those lines), we would have to get a new washer. So their 30 day policy isn’t exactly true. We’ve used their services multiple times and this was the last. Not only are we out on the repair costs, but we have to get a new washer. Definitely bummed on the service this time around. The techs are nice just bummed on the policy changing up last minute without notice it seemed like."

"So I had a scheduled appointment yesterday with a 3 hour window. Instead of getting a courtesy call I get called as they're pulling in my driveway. My sister lives on same street as me and before she could get there to let him in since my daughter wasn't quite 18 and before she could get there he left. Literally 5 min. I own a business and if my guys go to another county a call is made to the customer to let them know I'm in route. I understand having a 3 hour window because everyone is busy as hell right now. But here I am with a 2 month old washer still not working. She literally passed him coming out my driveway."
