"I’ve never been back and with no intentions to if it’s the same owner from 2009. Back when I was a beginner guitarist, I’d come to this establishment for strings, guitar gear, or to look around because it was all new to me. One day I came in and the owner asked if he could help, I said I was just looking around, and with the meanest look, he responded, “Ya know, every time you come in here, you’re just looking around, how about you buy something.” I was embarrassed and never felt welcomed after that. I had spent a lot of money with them and it was a huge regret that I ever did after that. From that day forward, I shopped elsewhere for music equipment."
