We sat in the car on hold three different times for over an hour with a 1 year old in the car trying to figure out where the heck this guy is. Every rep seemed like they had no idea what i was talking about.. then all of a sudden uhaul tells us that they JUST changed our reservation location to Lagrange at 5:45 without notfying us or asking if that was okay while we're STILL sitting in the valley location.. Only bright side is we got our $50 reserve guarantee back."
