"I love the storage unit! It's affordable and nice and clean"
"My roof is leaking from rain and it has destroyed my property. Items such as my 300 dollar tv and some sentimental baby pictures of my daughter were lost. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had. At first I was in another unit and the same thing happened. Additionally the concrete slab wasn’t even entirely there so a third of my storage was just ground. And the worst part is when I called and voiced my issue respectfully the secretary or woman answering calls seemed to not even care. When you give someone your hard earned money in an economy like today your property should be safe at the very least. And let’s not even mention the rodent feces."

"Rat infested! Not only do I have rat feces on everything I own, they chewed up clothes, decor, books. Another negative is to enter and exit the buildings you have to get out of your car to punch the numbers, so inconvenient! Why not have drive up keypads?! Also, seem to have people living in some of the storage buildings."
