"AVOID. The old woman who apparently is a supervisor is extremely rude. Yelling at customers for no reason. Then when told not to yell at people, she says "YOU HAVEN'T HEARD ME YELL TRUST ME". Probably because she had to get up out of her chair in the back for once. Unacceptable behavior from this public employee. This is a common theme now with many people who "serve the public". Don't take your misery out on others. And no, I wasn't rude or yelling at her beforehand whatsoever. I was polite the second I walked in the door. I don't pay for a PO Box here to be screamed at for asking a question about a delivery. Where is the professionalism anymore? It's tiring. People have enough to deal with as it is. We don't need the unnecessary headache. One day she will yell at the wrong person."
