"Don’t waste your time going to this store! I placed a curbside pick up and drove over 45min arriving at 7:30pm to find out the hours during the week are 9am-5pm and not the hours listed on the Joann Website. When I called the store to cancel the order the next day all I got was " oh sorry we have been telling the district manager for some time now to change the hours on the website and he hasn’t”. I’ll just stick to Michaels and Hobby Lobby from now on."

"We attempted to go to this store twice. Their published hours are different from their real working hours. First time we were there just past 6 pm a couple of months ago, and realized that due to stuffing issues they are open until 6 pm. This time we were rushing in and arrived at about 5:30 pm to find out that they updated their time of closure to 5 pm. It’s absolutely ridiculous!! This information is not published anywhere, even on their official website! Don’t waste your time to go to this store!"
