"The lady in drive thru was just rude.. At first it was pleasant until I didn't order fast enough.. I knew then I should have kept going to a different establishment or the other one on the other side of town, mind you I traveled from Opelika because we don't have many choices after a certain time. After ordering I think I sat in drive thru for at least 15 minutes.. Burger wasn't warm,fries cold and clumped together. Glad I didn't waste my money on my whole family tonight before going back home."

"My food was not in the box and then the food was tossed any type of way.literally had to scrap the inside of the bag to get the chilli and cheese just to see they didn’t put the relish or onion. This was absolutely terrible and don’t worry about me coming back"
"Not a sonic I will be returning to. We just wanted drinks. Lemonberry slush was basically just a huge scoop of undrinkable frozen strawberry jam. We watched as they let the soda overflow the cherry limeade and pour all the syrup out. Then when we tasted it, of course it was just soda water because the sprite syrup needed to be changed. Very disappointing."
"Disgusting food, disgusting service, disgusting MANAGER. The way they talk to their customers is disrespectful. The manager cursed me out, now I did have an attitude but anyone would when they get their order wrong and BURNT. The team member said I would get a refund the next day and took my name down buy of course when i come the PROFESSIONAL MANAGER AND “TEAM LEADER” tells me she cant do anything. DISGUSTING AND TRASHY MANAGER."
