"Jimmy John’s delivery service is horrible and I don’t recommend it to anyone. I ordered delivery twice within the last two months. The first time, my order took 1.5 hours to arrive. No delivery should take that long. The second time, I waited 45 minutes before calling the store. It's now been an additional 20 minutes since I called, and my order still hasn’t arrived (1.25 hours total). Whether it’s a staffing issue or something else, they need to improve. I had an outstanding experience with Trey’s customer service! He promptly refunded my order, apologized for the delay, and arranged for it to be sent out with a different driver. His professionalism and dedication truly stand out!"
"I ordered a #2 Big John (that's roast beef) with added veggies and sauces, asked for the bread to be left in and to cut in half. I got somebody's BLT (add turkey) sandwich with the bread removed not cut in half. So whoever got my sandwich, enjoy I guess. Unfortunately for me I don't like bacon."
"Worst place to order an online delivery. Used to like this place but now the customer service and and delivery service has hit rock bottom for this place. Since last 5-7 times whenever I order a delivery from this store it take at least 2 hours to get delivered no matter the time you order, whether it’s a lunch/dinner rush or normal time and when you call them, they don’t pickup their phone. If you’re one of the lucky ones whose phone they pickup then you can just hear the careless attitude in their voices. Would recommend to go their and eat because the food is actually good but the service not so much"
"Jimmy John’s…. What is this??? I ordered a Vito add lettuce and onion. Was told they were out of lettuce. Ok. Like 4 slices of one of the meats that come on the Vito, onion, and mayo that I didn’t order. $9 for this? Be serious."
