"My family has ordered two cookie cakes in the past week. Staff is extremely rude. I went to get my cookie cake at 10:52 and the male staff member never spoke to me just looked up and stared at me. I asked if I had to come back after 11 while holding my 1 year old and he looked at me like I was an idiot and nodded yes. Came back to get my cookie and no one said a word to me all while looking completely annoyed by a customers presence."

The lady and gentleman working there dropped what they were doing and had a beautifully customized cookie cake ready for me in 15 minutes.
