Extra Space Storage

"Something fishy going on here definitely. They advertise their units at a lower price than they sell for, when I asked them about this, they said it's just a promotion, but the online ads didn't say this. Once somebody messed with the stuff in my unit, but I didn't notice anything missing. They have the standard security here and I have never had this happen before. I think there is lots of potential for storage facilities like this one when you think in terms of things they can do to improve and make more money, they don't sell any packaging material either, they have lots of available space in the parking area that they could use for instance. They have to try new things and see what works there is lots of opportunity for improvement."

"Although we just started renting, I'm already very satisfied. Good location, very clean, easy access. Great staff. When I went in the other day Mike was a big help, and very friendly. Another time I was having trouble at my unit, and a nearby employee who was busy painting stopped for a second to give me a hand, even though he didn't have to. I highly recommend them!"

"Got in introductory rate of 170 dollars. Conveniently as soon as I changed my address to Arizona it suddenly increased to 270 dollars. I recently noticed my text notification acknowledging my monthly payment stopped mentioning an amount. Red flag. Went and investigated and low and behold my rate has increased again to 311 dollars. At least with the first increase they sent a letter letting me know. This time they just went ahead and took the money and stopped mentioning the amount. Charming. This is all in the course of one year. The prices are complete bait and switch. I would suggest going someplace where a price is locked in with a contract and least for a reasonable amount of time. Increasing the rate a full 100 dollars two months after I've moved in is predatory. I'll be coming back to Boston to switch to a different facility as soon as feasible."

"Needed a last minute storage solution, and Extra Space Storage delivered! Particular shout out to Tom, store manager. All around professional place and experience. Tom explained the different storage options clearly and was fair (he did not at all try to upsell me, but also explained pros/cons: we ended up choosing the slightly more expensive option because it met our needs better). The office area was clean and cheerful. I liked that they have all the last minute or extra things you might need to buy (locks, tape, etc.), right there. So happy we found this place!"

He has accolades many different requests and been helpful when managing the unit. Highly recommend for the top tier service of staff at this location."
