"I have been trying for over a month to contact them to cancel service for my deceased parents. I finally was able to talk to a person. I was able to cancel the service. Then I get a bill in the mail for a buy out of the contract. I have spend all day on hold and finally got a person that told me the contract was renewed in August 2021 by my mother who has been deceased for over a year and a half. Total Scam. I am not paying it."
"After changing providers, Vector Security sent us to collections for $65. We did not receive the final bill, an email, a phone call, or a notice that payment had not been received before getting a letter from the collection agency. This is very poor customer service. I would have recommended their services before this happened, but not now. Update: I spoke with the local office and they believe this was done by the home office and apologized."
