"Terrible service, this woman never answers calls or messages. I had the opportunity to talk to her once, she is very rude, unfriendly, sarcastic. She is not useful to serve the community. To serve the community you need to be educated and know how to treat people with respect. I made a general complaint to the Ecuadorian embassy about the treatment of this woman two years ago, but I see that corruption wins more. In short, if you need help with consular services, it is better to look for other horizons, but don't go with her."
