"Misdiagnosed the issue with my pc which cost me $360, and the pc still doesn't work. She said that she would contact the maker of the pc. 2 days later, I had to text her to find out that she still hadn't contacted them and she responded that she would call them "soon." A week has passed without any further word. I feel as though I have been ripped off. Total waste of time and money. She says "Our customers are most important and we always offer 3 month warranty." If this was true, I would have had my money returned and not be ignored. Not recommended."
