"Tried to come by at 5 Pm today and they were closed 30 minutes early. I left work early for this and really needed help. If your hours aren’t correct then modify them, otherwise it is unacceptable to just close that early when people need the service."

"The old white lady is lack of proper training and so arrogant. She reject correct label purchased and printed from USPS simply because they don't have the box info on the label. She speaks ironically if you made one simple mistake on the shipping form, as if everyone were born to be an USPS employee. Strongly recommend avoiding this place."
"I walked in to do my unemployment verification. The lady was elderly and I had asked to do my verification via electronic and she said I don’t do electronic this is the US post office we don’t do that. When the document says they do and she said I’m not dealing with you and directed me to the post office off of Brookline."
"Worker told me all my stuff will be stolen, said they had no labels so I had to write it on the box. I wrote it, she crossed it all out and made me do it again because I put “78F” apartment number instead of “F78”. It’s nearly impossible to read now. Then she said I must not know how to write addresses, then printed a label and put it on even though she told me “they ran out of labels”. Insane experience, I never write reviews but she was awful truly."
