"Received an email today that my next bill would go from $98 to $136 which is a 40% increase. Immediately called in because that is an insane increase, which I know anyone would be upset about. Since the person there told me not to twist their words I will give the direct quotes. “That’s just business we want a profit.” Bad vibes immediately, do not store your stuff here. When they took ownership the elevator was down for over a week and I kept calling in to see if it was fixed and would either get a voicemail or a no timeline of when it would be fixed. I hope to never have to work with Prime Storage again, thankfully there are lots of other options in my area."
"Your storage unit was very well kept, moisture resistant, temp control perfect, facility super easy to move items in with use of your large carts and the 24 hour access was key!! I also liked the items you had for sale in the office..I was able to purchase a few things. But mostly the customer service was EXCELLENT and the price was very affordable!! Well done!"
"I recently moved from a 5x10 to a 10x10. The process was very easy. I made a reservation online so that I got the online discount. When I went to the office a few hours later they helped me end my old lease and start a new one. Didn't take more than 20 minutes probably. Now I'm paying less for a big unit than I was for the small one due to the discount."
