"Have gone 3 times for massage and foot reflexology. LOVE IT. The reflexology in particular is amazing, hours later my feet are still pleasantly tingling. The massage is no frills, clothes on, but they really get in there and work things out. I have been disappointed by many massage parlors that seem to focus on atmosphere more than quality massage, I don't need oils and aromatherapy and soft whispering voices, I need someone to get into my muscles! And they do that here well. A hidden gem!"

"No frills but excellent quality massage. This is body work with none of the accoutrements you will find other places (music, oil/lotion, dimmed lights). But you feel great after the massage."

"This is a no frills excellent quality massage. With a mix of shiatus and effluage, a 30 minute massage gets the knots out. They prefer you keep light clothing on so you don't get cold. I found they are one of the few places that can sense where you are tense and work on that place. I would recommend for those with little time but need deep tissue massage. One woman has particularly strong hands for the more brawny fellows."

"Horrible atmosphere. No music. No oil or lotion was used in the massage. The fluorescent lights were on full blast in the bare room. The people clearly don’t care at all about the experience there. And there was a very weird object that looked like the top of a thumb on the ceiling. No idea what it was but disturbing."

"While communications and customer service has been a bit of a challenge in the past, the skills of their employees have always been on point. However, as a regular customer for almost 2 years, I was shocked to see how I was treated when I went in for a massage today. The employee today refused to massage me if I took off any of my clothing. Mind you, I've taken off most of my clothing in the past (leave underwear on) with no concerns or problems! And I personally want to feel the massage that I'm paying for rather than a massage performed on top of my clothes. When I spoke to a manager about my concern, he dismissed my concern for another customer. I'll miss my quality massages but communications and customer service is priority. I do not recommend this spot for consistent quality services or quality customer service."
