"I accidentally missed my appointment and had it in my calendar for the wrong day. Mind you I never got any confirmation leading up to our meeting after it was scheduled, Dr smith called me asking if I was on my way. I was very apologetic explaining to her I had it in my calendar on the wrong day and that I was sorry I’m most likely going to miss the apt. She said I waisted her time AND HUNG UP ON ME. After hanging up she proceed to send me a message stating that I missed my scheduled appointment and waisted her whole day. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS OFFICE THE OWNER / DR OF THE PRACTICE IS VERY RUDE."

"My wife made an appointment for a consultation at this office and our experience has been nothing but negative. Due to unforeseen car trouble my wife had to call and cancel her appointment the first time and they rescheduled us. Granted the second time she inadvertently missed her appointment. About 30 minutes later we received a very nasty and hostile voice mail from “Dr. Smith” about my wife missing her appointment that morning. I understand the frustration of missed appointments but such a reaction from a Dr of medicine towards a patient is highly inappropriate and uncalled for. When I called the office to discuss the matter and asked to speak to a manager (not knowing I was talking to “Dr. Smith” already because she failed to introduce herself on the phone) she blew me off, placing me on hold then hanging up every time I would call back. When she finally answered again and I reiterated my request to speak to someone in charge, she angrily stated that she is the owner of the facility. I told her how upset and disappointed I was by the way she treated my wife and how inappropriate it was for a person such as her to behave that way in a professional capacity. She said nothing and hung up the phone. I cannot speak to the quality of her work, but her personal character and integrity is in serious question. If she is the owner of this practice, I don’t believe patient relations are important to them. They clearly don’t care about their clients. Word to the wise, steer clear"

"My experience with Dr. Smith and her team has been outstanding. She is very honest and straight forward about what to expect and did a great job during my gum graft procedure. She gave me multiple numbers to reach in case of emergency and called to check in during the evening to see how I was recovering since the procedure. I would recommend their services to many others. The facility follows all COVID rules and regulations to ensure comfort and safety for their customers. Thanks again for my new and improved gums!!!"

"Honestly this whole office made me uncomfortable. I felt like they were pushy and not forthcoming and just odd. When I decided to not pursue treatment with them, they continued to call me daily for a couple months which was quite frustrating. Then just over this past month they have called and asked me to come in and use my insurance monies before the end of the year despite me telling them repeatedly that I am getting treatment elsewhere. I noticed that they have also left me 4 voice mails from both before speaking to me and after saying the same thing. If I block the number, they call from a different number. I wouldn't spend my money or my insurance monies there. **Addressing note from owner** This was completely 100% true and I was written a note by Dr. Smith asking me to remove my Google review because there must have been a misunderstanding. There was no misunderstanding and I'm happy to post both my call log from her office and the note she sent asking me to remove my review. All very very strange."

"I was recommended by my general dentist to see Dr. Valerie Smith concerning deep pockets in my gums. I decided to move ahead with deep root cleaning even though my basic dental insurance would not cover the treatment. I did know beforehand what the cost would be however. It has been over 1 year since my treatment and my gums are now in good shape. I find Dr. Smith to be very knowledgeable of the various treatment options.and able to explain them clearly."
