"Friendly and professional staff. I'm always nicely greeted. Multiple times I have arrived 5 minutes before closing and I have never been rushed out or they expressed frustration that its closing time. Thank you!"

"I visit the USPS extremely infrequently, so I am unfamiliar with their services. My goal was to send an envelope, have it postmarked today, and make sure someone signed for it upon delivery. The employee that helped me, named Joe, explained clearly and quickly how to achieve my objective: to make sure it is signed for, I should send it via Certified Mail, and it would be postmarked today whether or not I send it Certified. Joe was fantastic and made my visit seamless. I can't vouch for the veracity of the previous negative reviews within the past year or so, since I go to the USPS so rarely. But I didn't encounter any of those problems (such as "rude" or "useless" staff) with Joe. My envelope was just sent today, so I will edit this review if it ends up going missing."

"I hate writing bad reviews, but I would give this NO STARS if I could. The only reason why is because I've been jerked around on missing mail between Pelham, the Hudson facility, and now the regional Consumer Affairs Office in Maine. Back in August this year I had paid for a license to do business in another state. It's awful that a 10-day turn-around can't even deliver a simple letter. If it is official state documentation, you would think it would have some kind of priority for delivery. I've waited enough time to submit missing mail, filed with the hotline (who can't deliver on their promises either), or even attempt an undelivered piece of mail. Well, I submitted my request back into the state again to re-send the letter and now I have to file for a missing license and request the duplicate. It is lost opportunity, and also increasing aggravation to deal with people who have no clue."

"Literally the rudest most useless staff. Go to UPS for a better experience. They will literally try and charge you for a 1 inch piece of tape. There is no common courtesy here. Also, they have suggested I pack things a certain way and the contents have been damaged twice with their advice. Useless."
