"I checked in here at 7:00 am. I didn't leave here until 6:00 pm. When I made it, it was an older lady at the window with a mild attitude. We joked and laughed. When I checked out, it was a young woman at the window. She was rude and disrespectful, and the glass around her was probably the only thing that saved me from being in jail in Massachusetts. I've worked customer service all my life before trucking, and she's not someone I would have on the front line where customers, employees, or anyone, for that matter, is greet with her piss poor attitude. What makes the matter even worse, while she was sitting there being rude, she says, "My supervisor...." as if he was sitting right behind her. I drive for a company, and my attitude reflects how I would want my people to treat others until disrespected."
