"I had my rear brakes done a couple months ago and recently my Caliper broke off and once it broke off a piston fell out too, I took it to another mechanic and the bracket bolts were SO SEIZED, not lubed, and possibly cross threaded it wasn’t doing any functioning, the Caliper itself, two bolts were incorrectly sized and they blew off leaving the caliper hanging, a place like BP with its reputation should know how to perfectly do a full brake job so something like what happened to my car doesn’t happen in the first place. Although I appreciate a previous service they did before the whole rear brake screw up, I won’t be back, technicians also need to work on there attitudes, and not try to act like they’re all that, and workout issues with customers. Photos below are the old parts to the Caliper, Caliper Bracket, Caliper hanging down after it broke off and the piston that fell out of the Caliper."

"I took my BMW to have an oil leak repaired. The owner was very professional. He provided me with a detailed report of the issue that needed to be addressed and the correct way to fix it so it does not happen in the future. They proceeded to repair the problem, only after verbal permission was given once we discussed the problem and cost, so no surprise charges. The repair was completed in a very timely manner (same day) and when I picked up my car after the repair was completed the owner followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the service. I will only take my car to BP in the future. The cost to have this fixed at the dealership would have been enough to total the car. Instead I got to keep my most favorite car at a multi fraction of the dealerships quote- because of BP's honesty. They are all extremely hard working- thank you to all of the team for such professional service!"

"Very very shady. Regular gas price was listed as $2.99 on their electonic sign (which is about 30 cents higher than Cumberland Farm down the street) which is fine because its full service. Instead of letting them pump it for me i got out to pump it myself and noticed their lowest price was $309.9 for regular. I would never have known this if i hadn't gotten out of the car. I wonder how many people they've deceived with this rip off pricing tactic."

"Just had my truck inspected there on 12/8/2017.They put a "RED" reject sticker on it and said I had a bad rocker arm and ball joint and I am NOT allowed to drive the vehicle until I have it repaired. I drove to my mechanics place and he inspected it and said that is could be changed but it was NOT dangerous but ,because of the reject sticker I had to have it done. The BP station thought they had me and they would get the work ! This is so wrong and I had word with the owner ! Thanks for the $ 1,000 bill at Christmas time!"

"Car broke down and had to get the timing belt replaced. They did the work but the car never accelerated correctly. Our own mechanic said the belt was definitely off a tooth. We called BP and they said they would look but were going to charge us if nothing was wrong. It was clear that they would look, say nothing was wrong and charge us. We had our own mechanic look and it was wrong, drives so much better now. What happened to people standing behind their work?"
