Lindt Chocolate Shop

"I went to the Lindt store for my first time on Tuesday 4/16. I was amazed by all the awesome chocolate there was and grabbed a bag and began to fill it. When I went to the counter I politely greeted the cashier. Her name was Issabella. Isabella huffed at me extremely hard and I didn’t really get why. She then slams down my bag of chocolate and empties the bag out and begins to separate it. I immediately apologized and said “I’m so sorry I didn’t know it had to be separated” (as the two people working hadn’t told me even after I was making selections for 5-10 minutes). She then said in a snarky tone “obviously thats why there on separate tables”. I was embarrassed as I was with family. She then finishes separating the chocolates and huffs and puffs as she does it. I felt like such a bother to this girls life. Isabella then asked me if I had a membership I didn’t so I signed up. In the process of moving currently as my mom passed away a month ago I didn’t know the zip code. Issabella became agitated with me not knowing off the top of my head what the zipcode was 100 miles away. (My phone was dead at the time). She the. Rang me up for the $63 worth of candy I purchased. I said thank you and have a nice day and she handed me my bag and scoffed at me. If thid employee hates working with people so much why does she work there? I never felt more embarrassed about buying chocolate in my life. She needs to work on her people skills or be retrained. My whole family couldn’t believe how she treated me and I was confused as to why I was treated with such arrogance when I was nothing but polite the whole transaction. I won’t return to this store. Good candy. Lousy customer service."

"Hi, went to the lint outlet in the Wrentham premium outlets today as I usually do when I’m in the part of town and I was really taken a back by the service that I received. The girl behind the register was so cold and so nasty. I filled the plastic bag with 100 truffles and I gave them to her and I said wow they barely fit and her response was well, if you take the seven truffles out that you’re over it will fit better! I could not believe her tone! I feel like a criminal! I can assure you that those seven truffles were not put in my bag purposely. I have always loved that particular store because of the friendliness of the people who work there and because of the atmosphere but I won’t go there again. It’s really too bad because that used to be one of my favorites."

"They have an amazing sale going on were you can buy an assorted 2 bags of Lindt for $50! That’s 150 Lindt truffles for $50 dollars, around 1.8 kgs of chocolate! We were so giddy when we found out and went absolutely wild choosing from their assortment of flavors. My favorites are milk chocolate and hazelnut. Highly recommend stocking up with this promo if you love Lindt chocolate. The staff was super friendly and helped us figure out what was the most cost effective option."

"It’s the best chocolate store in Wrentham.If you love chocolates. They have a huge selection of chocolates in general for you to choose from. I highly recommend always pick the 150 piece option as it will save you the most time&money. Waiting in line can take a while for the coffee and chocolate drinks/Milk Shakes."
