"Pure criminality. Parked 3H East at 7:07pm. Paid at this station 7:21pm for one hour (Oct 11, 2023). Got family, bags and returned to car, proceeded to the exit (left lane B terminal exit) and inserted the card. Gate did not go up and the attendant said I have to pay to leave. I advised her that I had paid. She acknowledged that i had paid, but that it had been 37 minutes since I paid and that you must leave immediately after paying. Nowhere does this state this, nor is there an established threshold (5 min, 10 min, looney toons Boston time...) anywhere. Apparently I exceeded this imaginary time, in an imaginary place, with imaginary rules. After 5 minutes of going in circles with her not answering my question about what the threshold is, I paid to be the better person to end the conversation. Twice for 1 hour. $9 for the first hour. I paid $18 for the first 51 minutes. Left the garage at 7:58pm. Thanks Logan. You suck again. No wonder why people are leaving this state."
