"Called today 6/22/22, asked for the service department and was just hung up on. *CLICK*. Called right back and asked if the person could hear me okay, answer was yes so I asked him for the service department. I was told they only do body work... no repairs. How the heck is RV Center your name but you don't work on RVs??? I was calling about my pop up camper but they never Eve asked what type of vehicle I was calling about."

"Don't use them!! I called them for a break assist TWO WEEKS AGO. Bob looked up all of my vehicle information, told me he would order the parts and to call back to set up a date. I did all of that called him back and he told me he "DIDN'T HAVE TIME FOR IT". He told me it would take a couple more weeks because he didn't have the parts in stock!!! Isn't that why you took all of my information TWO WEEKS AGO?? POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!"

"If you have a horse trailer and need repair, highly recommend Route 44 RV Center. Izzy, service manager, was amazing and very accommodating. Don't bother going to Campers World in Berkley, according to Tony in Service, they won't work on horse trailers even if they have living quarters. Route 44 RV Center is a full service repair shop. Highly recommend."
