"I've used this location for about 10 years give or take. This last experience I had has been awful and If i could give zero stars I would. I tried calling this location for 3 days. The first day to get a dropoff to my repaired car arranged so they could take the rental back. I sat on hold for so long that I had to hang up because it had been over an hour and they closed. The second day I called to ask about a receipt for my total charges since I had to do an after hours drop off and never received the receipt. Again, i sat on hold for hours, but I was at work and had to hang up. Then today, my day off, I sat on hold again (surprise) to ask for my receipt. I needed to know how much my rental was because I have a tire that is going almost flat overnight that needs to be replaced today. They close at 12 and so I had to drive 2 towns over with this tire JUST to speak to someone. I walked in and was still on hold and watched the associate pressing the button to silence my call repeatedly. When I got to the counter, he didn't really seem to care and just said he was working the counter alone. I told him simply picking up the phone in-between customers, and saying something instead of blatantly ignoring the calls would be better. Not to mention I tried getting through for 3 days. Unacceptable! I never complain since I myself work in a customer service position however. This is just blatant bad customer service."
