"Got absolutely screwed bought my car from them and the day I picked it up the check engine light came on, it was fixed and drove fine for about two weeks I then brought it for an oil change and my family friend/ mechanic had told me that the car is unsafe the sway bar links where completely rusted out, my front left tie rod was a hair away from breaking and many more problems so I fixed them thinking the car would be fine after spending 1000 dollars in repairs but soon after I was told there was another 1600 worth of work. the car is currently stuck sitting in my driveway."

"Unfortunately when we are still looking for a car we are treated in a way, after we make the payment and the difference in behavior is remarkable. In my case, I heard that they would be doing you a favor by replacing defective parts of the car. If you are served by Rodrigo you will receive a good service, but if you need after-sales service even more being attended by moises, you will not have a good experience. Until I hear that you are receiving a favor from them! Telling you a little about my frustrating experience in buying a car in this place! I bought a car and went to pick it up on 06.30.2023, an hour later I identified that the car radio did not work at the bottom of the touch screen, a defect that happens recurrent in the radio models of Toyota cars. I sent a video to Mr. Rodrigo, the person who did all the negotiation and delivery of the car. In addition, I identified a strange sound that was already there since the test drive, but according to Mr. Rodrigo, this was only because the car had snow tires, and as I never had this type of tire I trusted it. The next day I changed 02 tires in the car but the noise continued. I reported it again to the Dealer and they told me that they would make an appointment to check these problems. 15 days later, after several calls I took the car to the Dealer to check such things. The mechanic partner of the Dealer, found that the tires were with a deformation which produced the exaggerated noise and they should be discarded. I talked again with Rodrigo and he said he would schedule another day to change the Radio of the car and the tire shop partner was going to look for 04 used tires to put in the car. I asked that at least the tire change be done on time, because I live in Quincy and it is difficult for me to have to return to the Dealer. The tire repairman did the replacement, the car was terrible. I went back to the dealer and did not accept such tires. In short, I had to buy 04 new tires even after the diagnosis of the dealer's partner mechanic, saying that the tires were not good. The car radio I had to ask again to make the replacement, Mr. Rodrigo informed me that his partner moises would be doing the replacement. I returned again to the Dealer on 07.22.23 at the appointed time, I had talked to moises by phone and had warned him that the front speakers of the car did not work either, I reported everything to moises, but he told me that he did not remember this conversation, but I reminded him of what he had said and he agreed and would check. He put a new car play in the car and found that the front speakers did not work and would make the replacement. The following week on 07.28.23 after having to call again to schedule the replacement of the speakers, I went back to the Dealer and waited for the service to be performed. Moisés informed me that everything was ready. I got in the car and I could see that one of the two speakers was broken, I talked to moises again and he told me that the dealer was not responsible for the defect of the radio and speakers and what they were doing was a favor for me. Finally, I continued with all the problems with the car. I hope I didn't buy a bomb. So before buying a car in this place, check everything. Because after the sale is this type of service that you can receive. A photo of the service performed by noises, and even told me that this was a favor!!! As I told Rodrigo, if before buying the car I knew about such things I wouldn't have bought them. *****I no longer have character space to put the English translation, please use the translator.*****"
