"I do not usually write reviews, especially negative ones. But I had a very negative experience looking for a car here today. I arrived for my scheduled appointment, and the dealer I was meant to see was not there yet. The receptionist called him to inform him of my arrival and then proceeded to scream at him on the phone while also using profanity. It was terrifying and highly unprofessional. I would have left if I had not traveled so far to check the car out. When I saw the car, the battery was dead, and there was no gas—awful experience."
