"My family and I purchased a Ford Taurus and their company was the finance company. We were illegally told we will have to purchase an extended warranty at $3200 for this vehicle for them to finance the loan. They we were then told this was a lease and their would be a rather large balloon payment to purchase the vehicle. When we called, we were told to talk to the "dealership" who is out of business. You own the loan, you make the decisions. They were extremely rude and then told me that I should of hired an attorney to read the 20 page agreement when I purchased the car. Should have. Okay so I gave the car back. Now I have a repo. I agreed to pay half the cost in a settlement, nope, we want the full amount. Seriously. You already sold the car.....for 8,999.00 and you wont take another 3500 and call it even on a 2010 Ford Taurus? "No, we would rather it sit on your credit so we can write it off our books for a loss later!" Get a better company. These people are predatory and should be hunted and shot on site!"
