"Wish I could give it 0 stars , disgusting business practices. Took my deposit and never gave it back for no reason. The vehicle was in perfect shape when I returned it. Called, and Miguel lied and told me my deposit would be available within 2 days, and it's been longer than that and still no deposit. Didn't even know there was a $200 deposit in the first place, so they didnt let me know before I got there. Then they told me , horrible company"

"So many issues!! I travel constantly and am continually on mini leases. This location has been the worst I have ever used. Almost 2 months after I returned the vehicle I am still waiting on a credit for the over charges. Dates were messed up from my initial rental which then affected my following rental. Rather than allowing me to keep the vehicle I had, I was told I needed to upgrade to a more expensive vehicle since it would not be the same mini lease. I spent hours on the phone and have talked to numerous customer service reps just to get passes along to someone else. Definitely not the experience I am accustom to with Budget."

"This one of the most mismanaged car rental locations I have ever dealt with. First off, they don't even have a sign outside their establishment letting you know where they are. I had to call and get instructions and when I finally found it, the only sign was on the wall, inside the office, behind the salespersons desk. (How brilliant)..Then they didn't even have a decent vehicle to rent out."

"This is the worst rental car I have ever seen. We have a trip to Florida, we have months with this reservation, a few days ago we went to see the vehicle because we are a group of 24 people, last night we checked in online and today we are going to pick up the bus and as if nothing happens they tell us that they don't have it. The pick up time was at 12pm, it's 4pm and my husband comes from Boston where they sent him to pick up the Van. my family with 8 children prepared from the morning."

"Solo show doing what he can with what he has. But for AVIS this Is a huge subpar standard. They give you a disgusting dirty car tell you to use the car wash across the street and they will credit you when you come back with receipt which they don’t. If you need to reach them by phone good luck no one answers it. And if you happen to need a car during your car rental.. they may or may not have one I had to go back an hour after my rental time because they were none in stock when My scheduled pick up time was. Save your time energy and money and go to a real place. After response submitted what they asked for and heard nothing. 2 stars down to 1.."
