"All I can say is wow. The food here is authentic, unique, and so delicious. All the dishes we got hit the spot. We usually go to pho hoa but wanted to try a new spot and I think Gao might be our go to viet restaurant now. Got to try banh coun for the first time. The chicken and banana blossom salad was so addicting I loved the sauce. They also give you free ice tea just like in Vietnam. 10/10."

"This is the place you must visit if you want a taste of authentic central and Southern Vietnam. The snails, esp with garlic butter sauce, were amazing. With Bun Bo Hue (pork, beef, lemon grass, blood cubes, seafood meatballs to name a few ingredients) and Bun Mam (fermented fish and seafood soup and could be a bit strong for some ppl), these dishes brought me and my wife back to places that we haven’t visited back home for years… Highly recommend!"

"I was at my well trusted Car Alarm Systems Inc. getting work done when I inquired about a place for getting some good pho. They recommended Gao. Great choice! The service was immediate! I was greeted by the door and was lead to a table. It’s clean, well lit, and their food was delicious! Though one item was not available, I tried the clear dumplings and the beef rib soup. My word it’s good! Definitely coming back!"
