I walked by Raising Cane's and it was busy and had positive reviews, plus it's not something I can get at home.in Canada. So I gave it a try and it was delicious! I was surprised it was affordable but still good quality. Plus the atmosphere is fun. It's a good option for decadent fried chicken."
"This was not a good experience. I don’t understand how my chicken and fries were cold and soggy while dining in the restaurant. I was hesitant to go and ask for fresh/hot chicken and fries, but I did. When I asked, the first team member grabbed my food and said “thats not up to me, but I’ll ask.” Then the employee yelled back to the chute “I don’t understand how it’s not hot, but just make a new one!” They didn’t care to look at the food in the box, It was like they didn’t believe me. None of employees were friendly or could even provide eye contact. They seemed insulted. - and the new food was again, soggy. They seemed to be pre-boxing meals or something, but it wasn’t even busy. Lastly, the dining room was dirty, ketchup dispenser broken, and the trash is overflowing. They need some work."
