"Don’t get me wrong, I really think the company is on to something. The design language is excellent and pretty consistent fit between colors/ products. However, I visited the storefront for the first time and the customer service was awful. Upon entering it took far longer than anticipated for the employees behind the counter to look up from their devices. I did not feel very welcome, nor did they seem eager to help me find some clothes. That said, the store is small but it was clean and they do have a decent selection of the essentials, however they were out of colors and sizes I was interested in. I hope on my next visit the customer service is a little better, as someone new to the brand."

"This company has a shady return policy. BEWARE. Despite all the talk about hassle free returns they will not refund purchases ordered with a discount code due to fine print in the sale, which they aren’t even able to produce when asked to see it. Feels borderline fraudulent. I made $1000+ in purchases and I will never buy from them again."

"I walked into Ministry of Supply having never heard about it before—When I walked out, I'm a customer for life. Their clothes fit like they were tailored to me, and being 5' 6" with broad shoulders but a narrow waist isn't always easy to fit just right. The fabric and colors were perfect, the durability feels great. Extremely satisfied with the merchandise. Their customer service is exceptional—if I got the names of the guys working there I'd give them shoutouts. They made me feel human after a long season of setbacks. Walking out of there, I wanted to bottle up the experience of that interaction to relive over and over again. Most companies preach customer service but this was the first time in a long time I've seen people living it in their workday. Thank you guys x1000. I'm already looking forward to the next trip there."

"Best close company that I found, and I have looked around a lot. I have many of their clothes and highly recommend this brand to friends and family. Wallet it is the case that their shirts and pants are not cheap, the fact that you never have to iron or dry clean, and that they’re clothes look good, are well thought out, and are amazingly comfortable, is worth a lot to me. I have three of their suits, and you can throw the suit in the washing machine, move it to the dryer, and then take it out and go. No dry cleaning, no ironing, no worrying about the durability of the fabric. Overall, if you’re looking for nice clothes, this is an excellent brand to go with. The store is pretty cool as well."

"Ben at the store is a homeboy. TLDR; buying a women’s interview suit for a conservative field in Boston is difficult but Ben knew the right sizing, found that the pieces he selected for me were on sale, and I was in and out in under 20 minutes. I already liked this brand for sustainability, comfort, and look, but had to write a review because Ben hooked me up. For the ladies looking for interview suits: I’m visiting from out of town and I’ve never properly bought a suit since all my interviews in the past have been during COVID. Ann Taylor had FOUR locations in Boston proper area, all permanently closed. Uniqlo had no blazers for women and the one men’s one looked cheap. Suit Supply stopped their women’s line during the pandemic so I tried on a men’s blazer and it was pretty but just a little too high gloss for a conservative inteview — and also wow at $499 just for the blazer. A blog recommended alice + olivia which was super cute, also shout out that they had a show at NYFW this past year, but their suits were a little too fashionable for the conservative interview I was going for. They also did not have skirt suits. No Nordstrom immediately around; there was Nordstrom Rack but it was further away and I wasn’t sure if I would be guaranteed to get a suit set (as opposed to separates). Ministry of Supply also does not have skirt suits, but hopefully they make the option to include at least a pencil skirt made out of the same fabric as the blazer. Very difficult for women to succeed in male-dominated spaces if we can’t have options to dress the part. :)"
