"I had an issue when trying to get an equipment return credit from Verizon for a home internet box I purchased and then returned. (I had returned the box directly to the store but apparently it had not been logged in and after a couple calls to the billing department, I could not get the issue resolved on my own.) I went to the Halifax store for help and Isaac, the new store manager, went above and beyond to help clear up the box return / credit issue. He stayed an hour after the store closed on the phone with me and a Verizon agent to resolve the issue and got the credit to my account. He was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend. Thank you Isaac! I have stayed with Verizon as a result."
"I randomly found myself at this Verizon location in Halifax this morning after my old iPhone was not holding a charge. Joanna was extremely attentive and helpful. She was a one woman show as she was assisting multiple customers with ease. She let me know what phone I was eligible for set it up for me. She was very professional and friendly toward myself the customers in the store. I am very happy with my new iPhone as well as my experience at Verizon today."
