"We were living in our home in Los Alamitos for 6 years but had to be relocated due to new work conditions. We engaged Bob to list our home because he was always somewhat of a figure in our neighborhood. He held frequent open houses of neighboring properties, passed out informative fliers, and was always friendly and a pleasure to talk to. So when we wanted to list , we went straight to Bob. Our situation was also unique because Bob had to interface with our relocation company which had their own set of processes and paperwork items. Bob worked with them directly and provided a market analysis on our house, which we felt was much more accurate than the representation from brokers who did not operate in the Long Beach/Los Alamitos area. It became very apparent that Bob really understood the nuances of marketing in Los Alamitos and the selling points of living in our community.
