"I am writing to express my concerns about my recent experiences at your laundromat. I've noticed consistently poor customer service, particularly from one staff member who does not communicate effectively in English. On three separate occasions, she has been unfriendly ,rude, disrespectful ,and unhelpful, which detracts from the overall experience. Additionally, during my visit tonight, I encountered a significant problem with cleanliness; I observed multiple roaches near the washing machines. This raises serious concerns about hygiene and the overall maintenance of the facility. I urge you to address these issues promptly, as they severely impact customer satisfaction. I look forward to your immediate action on this matter."

"The staff is pleasant and the location is well kept. There are times that it gets busy, but we did not have to wait too long for the washers/ dryers needed. My main concern, however, is because of the smokers who are in front of the business and then the wind carries the smoke smell indoor, which affects our health. Other than that, we enjoy washing here."

"Ya'll! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! Everything was clean and it wasn't at all humid. The Lady that worked there and her friend were very nice and helpful. The amazing part is I did 6 loads of laundry for like $7! Completely dry? Crazy! I know since it cost $5 to do 1 load of laundry where I live."
