"Owner Steve is stealing from the community that comes here to wash. I complained to management and I was told Steve (owner) lowered the temperature and the time on their dryers. Most of their dryers don’t work anymore and he refuses to do anything about it. When I went to complain, the employee said “yes I know they don’t work, I can’t do anything about it.” ***DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY HERE***"

"This laundry mats pretty close to home and usually don’t have a problem. Plenty of machines and pretty inexpensive depending on what size you use . The only problem is the older lady who works there, I’ve had 2 instances where I have issues with the machine and the lady won’t refund me my money. Just now I told her a machine wasn’t working and she didn’t believe me then said I didn’t close the door right. I was just letting her know so it wouldn’t happen to another person or at least put an out of order sign on it. She’s pretty rude and the reason for 2 stars."

"You need to get a card to wash and that's where you put your money. Machine was great and dry well. Down side dryer doesn't let you add more drying time by small doses you have to pay full price and it's a dollar; but I did over stuff the dryer. Clean , restroom can only be accessed with the card from the laundry mat... They do NOT charge for the restroom but since there is a lot of foot traffic they want to maintain it"
