"If I could give a zero plus I would. Machines don't work correctly, 1st time here because I'm machine broke and came here . Used them n barely put water out. Is like u have 2 put 3 pieces of clothing on a machine that holds 2 loads. There was barely 3 pants and 2 shirts n same amount of underwear and the lady is not even on site. So if you're machine doesn't work there's a number for u to call then the lady arrives and gives u an attitude because according to her a 2 load washer supposed to have 5 pieces of clothing lol. I told her there's other laundromat w the same machine size and throws more water out. She said she didn't care amd walked away. She said put it on a bigger machine, really? A bigger machine when it's only 3 slacks and 2 u inform shirts and 5 panties and 3 bras?that's barely a load and u have a 2 loader. So I suggest if you want your clothes to be washed correctly to go somewhere else. The place is super dirty, lady (old hispanic lady with blonde hair) has horrible customer service , raised her voice at me and she got a taste of it too. Machines don't work correctly on ratio. Dryers don't work either smh. 1st and last time coming here. Avoid wasting your hard working money here."

"They set the dryer time to 8min but lower the heat so you can add more money:/ the worker that help me new because he said it’s the owner she did it like that so he knows what she’s doing and stealing from the poor, it’s not cool :/ STOP DONT GO HERE! She’s also the owner laundromat, on Slauson and Gifford next to KFC :/ I always go to the one in Bell because the dryer time is the same time but it only takes 2 quarters for my clothes to be fully dry not a 1.25 like this lady here in maywood :/ smh I understand times are tuff but not like this :/ you need god"
