"Ordered a console table, got a message saying it was ready for pick up. I parked in the curbside and they were out with my table in a timely manner. Two very sweet employees greeted me and asked me how I was doing today, which meant a lot to me. They both put my table in my trunk and told me to have a great day! I left with a smile on my face!!!"

"To the management of Home Depot at 3201 E Central Texas Expressway, Killeen, TX 76543, Upon entering your store, I took a cart and made my way to the lawn mower section. I approached an employee to inquire about the available lawn mower options. She informed me that the only manual lawn mower she was aware of was the one displayed on the shelf. I then pointed out a model I found on your website that includes a bag attachment, showing it to her on my phone. During this interaction, she noticed my fiancé on a video call with me as I navigated the Home Depot app. The employee then mentioned that there were additional options available online. After this exchange, she asked this was my sole reason for my visit. I decided to return the cart to the entrance as a courtesy. As I did so, she followed closely behind me to the exit. When I re-entered the store, I caught her gaze, which felt judgmental. Exiting through the checkout area, I noticed two other employees observing me as I left. This experience felt like a clear case of racial profiling. Despite my respectful behavior and the fact that I only sought assistance, I was treated as if I were a potential thief due to my race. I plan to consult with the NAACP and ACLU regarding this incident and the appropriate steps to take. My fiancé, who witnessed the entire situation via video, is equally shocked and cannot comprehend why I was subjected to such treatment."

"I am giving this location two stars for lack of customer service. While I was looking for a door, it took me 15 minutes to actually get help from someone and even then I wasn’t able to come to find the right solution. I had to take a guess. If that wasn’t enough, when I got to the front, the store associate couldn’t find a barcode and told me that I had to walk all the way back and find the barcode for the door. I asked her if it could be looked up on her system and she said no she doesn’t know what it is and instead of going back herself, she let me walk all the way back to search for the barcode take a picture and bring it back to her. I asked her if there was a discount that I could have for the inconvenience, she said there were no discounts andeverything as is, and proceeded to move my door to the middle of the checkout aisle without any offer of help getting in the car. I thought Home Depot was to be a showcase of excellent customer service and take pride in their shoppers, but my experience today has shown otherwise. I hope it will continue to improve, would be able to see the difference if I were to come again in the future."

"Had a less than pleasant experience with an incredibly young cashier. We had our two well behaved dogs on leashes with us in line to check out, when the cashier starts making remarks regarding our dogs being aggressive. I’d like to mention we had a lovely interaction with an older associate who asked if she could pet our dogs and we obliged. I ignored the first remark about her having “trauma” with other dogs in store and saying she was terrified to grab items from our basket in fear of “them mauling” her.. Every single item scanned was another immature and distasteful comment about our dogs that were sitting completely silent and had not even looked in the cashiers direction as patrons of the store were oogling them from behind. I find it hard to sympathize with someone that rude who CHOOSES to work in a pet friendly store where it is well known people take their dogs to train and get life experience. Heavily encouraged to find a field that does not include seeing dogs in a daily basis, as there were at least 5 other dogs around the store. We spent over $500, and while that’s nothing to Home Depot as a franchise, it’s frustrating to have that kind of experience. If the dogs barked or growled, this would be a different story. Find better associates that actually like dogs and aren’t nasty Home Depot."

"Average homedepot experience. Lots of great holiday items. Unfortunately many of the tool accessories are locked up, more so than a Normal homedepot."
