"Decent display of high end items, but unless you engage a professional designer it's probably not much help to go here. While it's all interesting, there's no cohesive displays to help bring a look together and they are not much help in that regard. One of the sales associates expressed irritation at any questions, as if we were supposed to just know what we wanted and order it."
"I purchased a cooktop manufactured by Cosmo from this company. The cooktop was brand new out of the box and when we attempted to place it into operation would not work. I contacted the manufacturer and they said it wasn’t their problem to call Bed Bath & Beyond and get a new one. I called them. At first they told me they would exchange it, but then they hit behind legislature stating that appliances will not be exchanged by them that we need to go through the manufacturer. The manufacturer refused to help me. I finally called out my plumber, who then worked on it and was able to repair it and make it operational. Do not buy any appliances from Bed Bath & Beyond as they will not help you if something is wrong even on a brand new product."
"I purchased something that was sent to me damaged and I tried to return it. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in terms of making a return. I still haven't gotten a return label or credit--I can't even reach anyone who can handle my return."
"Lots of anti-homeless signs in the windows. This is despite the fact that the business is basically in a warehouse with no foot traffic. And I’m pretty sure they don’t own the public space… It’s not cool to prioritize keeping people away from their warehouse vs. other people having a place to sleep."
"Large showroom with lots of good looking products- but service is the worst I have experienced ever. We tried to book an appointment via online but never got a confirmation so we just walked in. After walking around the showroom we managed to get one of the 3 sales persons to somewhat reluctantly answer our questions. As she was expecting another customer soon, we agreed that we will follow up with an email for additional questions and then schedule an appointment. I sent our questions via email next day. After two days of no reply, I emailed again asking if my email was received. Then she responded that she indeed received the email and it is on her to-do list. Now one week has gone by with no response and needless to say we will be shopping elsewhere."
