Founded in 1966, Self-Help for the Elderly is dedicated to promoting the well-being of seniors across San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, and Alameda Counties. Each year, we serve over 40,000 seniors from diverse communities, offering multicultural and multilingual services to empower them to lead fulfilling lives.
