"The staff are super friendly and nice always in a great mood and very helpful. The food is amazing compared to other coffee shops, which usually it taste like airplane food, but it taste like real authentic food. Also, I order the same coffee every day and it always taste the same amazing! I recommend all of my friends and family to try out this coffee shop !!"
"Honestly Rare Earth has some of the most amazing staff you'll ever meet they're all very kind and friendly people who honestly make your day. Whenever I go talking with the staff is honestly the highlight of my day. And the coffee is amazing, they're amazing baristas who make sure they won't give you a burnt shot. The ambiance is relaxing and welcoming so 10/10 overall!"
"The only coffee I like here is the iced salted caramel the customer service in the morning is 5 stars the customer service in the evening is 2 stars if that, the girls in the night don’t know how to make coffee and are rude Louis in the morning and the girl that works on his day off are great they always make the coffee good and have great customer service and nice"
"Coffee tastes watered down and the scone I had was raw in the middle. I ordered a vanilla iced latte with caramel drizzle and a cinnamon roll. When I arrived at the window they young lady was very polite but did not repeat my order back to me. She informed me my total was $12 but when I received the receipt it stated $9.14. She then came back to let me know they were out of cinnamon rolls and let me choose a replacement pastry but did not inform me of an option to refund my money. I asked for a blueberry scone and when I received my order, I realized it was a chocolate chip one instead. This drive thru has a lot of potential based on its location off of the freeway and next to WHCL. I would recommend quality and accuracy of an order over speed to improve efficiency. Please have your staff become familiar with repeating back orders and confirm total before receiving tender. I do enjoy the flavored ice teas and this is the only reason I rated a two star instead of one. I'll probably be back and give this place another shot :)"
