"This place is trash. I went there to get help with a wire and they just simply said no one is able to perform a wire. How can there be a bank branch without being able to wire? Shame on you for treating a loyal customer like this. I have pulled out all my cash and I suggest for everyone else to do the same. "Had a very pleasant and welcoming experience with Erika. She was the nicest BOA advisor I ever came across. Erika went out of her way and stayed extra to assist with my issues with my online mobile banking. I usually don’t come to this location, but I’m so glad that I did! Unfortunately my issue wasn’t resolved due to the actual BOA phone assistance (had to wait forever on the line) but Erika was the best in trying to help until the end!"

"Don't know how people are having issues at this bank...by the complaints and the way the complaints are written, I'm thinking it's the actual customers leaving the reviews that might be the issue. But anyhow, although B of A corporate can be difficult at times, "ALL" the staff I have worked with over the years here at this branch have always been professional, kind, and as helpful as possible. Sorry to the folks who hate on this branch, but I absolutely love the staff here! Keep up the great work and unfortunately, as hard as we may try and want to...we can't always please everyone."

I was deposit my check last Friday(1/26/2024) and in the back of my check the stupid teller woman at Chase bank was stamp endorsement cancel because i changed my mind not deposit at chase. Bank. I need the money to pay my rent tomorrow but I can't i have to wait till 2/2/2024. I am sure they got my money already but they just play game. I don't want to give them any star but i dont have a choice. So if you want to open the account at boa think twice"
