"I was going to make a withdrawal today and found myself torn between LBS FINANCIAL and NU VISION. WHAT was I thinking? When I was last at NU Vision, they were so friendly and had such a good attitude, I wanted to change from my bank, Eagle Community Credit Union, to them. Today, I had a choice between going to LBS and NuVision. NuVision was closed and LBS was still open for business, but I found myself wanting to use NuVision's ATM over going to LBS. I don't even know what LBS stands for, but I don't wanna find out! How cryptic can you get? NuVision has a cool name and they are great people, so I will support them any way possible within my power. In this day and age of impersonal service online and elsewhere I find that the type of service that NUVISION dispenses should be encouraged and applauded. It makes a big difference to me where I spend my money. And they deserve it. Thank you, NUVISION for being excellent human beings with feelings and respect. Continue with that attitude of yours and enjoy all the business and profit that you work for."

"Just relocated to the area and had a really terrible experience with this credit union. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere where they know how to do bank things. They never answer the phone in the branch and the call center tells you different things than the people in the branch. It appears that they’re offering service that gets worse year after year. Immediately after opening the account the teller tells me that that branch is closing. Why would I be interested in banking somewhere where there’s not a friggin bank? They then block access to any deposits for two weeks. The call-center says it’s a hold from the branch and simple to remove, the branch claims this isn’t true. Yet the call-center can share that their screen shows that the hold is scheduled to release at a certain date and time. They’re not waiting to process your checks, the money is there. Apparently Nuvision just likes to offer horrible service."

"They repo my car after receiving full payment. The supervisor over the recovery department. Put it on my credit. Now she refuses to take it off. Oyea, her comment was we returned the car back to my son's job the same day. I actually like dealing with them until they repo my car as if they didn't receive the money. I wish I could remember her name."

"I love this branch! It’s difficult to identify one person who works there because they are all outstanding. They always make sure my money goes to the right account and I have several accounts so that is no easy task."

"Ever since Nu Vision took over for Pacific Resource Credit Union, service has sunk. (I knew things were probably going to get worst there when I'd sent a personal letter to the credit union's CEO, and go no reply.) Anyway, aside from the several lost deposits and long hold times on the phone, they recently stopped their high-paying checking account, which I've had for about 10 years. This was done without bothering to tell their customers. I suppose this was the last straw for me. And though it's a real pain to move my accounts, I've started the process. (I found a credit union near me that pays 3% on checking and 1.5% on savings. Both have limits of $10k, but that works for me.)"
