"I opened an dba account back in May 2021 in this branch. This year I have had so much trouble with wires transfers and checks I'm paying out. Who ever the chase rep that set up and opened my account didn't scan and upload my fictitious business name or EIN document in their system. They just verified by looking at my hard copy...and this resulted in my dba not having proof documentation and keeps reversing my wire transfers. I have been on the phone with them 30 times today with different responses. If chase hires people with inadequate procedures they should not be a reliable bank. Definitely moving banks this was the worst bank experience I have had especially with business. BEWARE"
