"THE DUMBEST chase bank you can go to. Had a bank account I needed to reopen as a new one and it's been 3 weeks that I can't get it opened. Literally having someone call me off a private line that can't be reached. Multiple other things. Only come to withdraw and deposit. Anything else might be too hard for half of them. I literally go out of my Way to go elsewhere but the convenience of them being down the block makes me regret it every time."
"The teller that greeted and assisted me with my cashier check was nice, but she misspelled the name of my apartment building so it had to be voided and reprinted. Plus they ran out of ink and had to install it. What should have been an quick process took 5+ minutes. She also rushed me out. I only came here because I was already in the area, so more than likely will not return."
