"Its a issue doing night deposits at this bank at the ATMs machines. Last night the ATM took my checks and did not make the transaction properly and now I have to waste time in my day because this bank has broken machines. Chase bank needs to provide good ATM machines, most are outdate and old shame on Chase bank"

"After hours entry card reader doesn't work forcing you to use the drive thru atm. Drive thru atm isnt taking any deposits. I don't understand how Chase prides itself in services if you can't use them. This is an issue at a lot of south la locations I've tried."
"Warning They give out fake bills here, warning My last visit here wasn't a good one I want to cash my check. Me thinking it was a safest place to go to a bank. But when the lady gave me my money, I didn't double checked it. She didn't put it through the machine either. And when I Left to go A free money order From the PLS with the same stack of Hundreds she gave me. There was a fake one in there. And when I went back, the lady was not there no more And the manager obviously wasn't there for some Reason the person in charge at that time told me they was nothing they could do for me."
"I went there to see it was conveniet for me to close my savings account. I decided to leave it open for another month & left. The next day, I checked the same account & a young, male banker working behind the tellers had taken my $150 bonus from my account without my authorization/signature. I'm still trying to resolve the issue 3 days later. Be careful with your money. Check your account often. 7/19/21 Update: I since closed all my Chase accounts including a "freedom" credit card which has been my latest headache due to points Chase owed me. Don't wait until you go through these losses/problems. Put your $$ in Credit Unions better!"
