"One of the worst insurance companies ever they only do six month increments, and you have to list everyone in your household that is of driving age on your policy. Even if they don’t drive your car. If you do not give up this information you will be dropped. My insurance was $90 a month. I added my son because he was thinking about getting a car the moment; my insurance immediately shot up to almost $200 my son didn’t get his car. When asked if they can remove him from my insurance, they told me under California law. He needs to still be on there or I can get dropped from the policy which they did and I’m glad with that instead of trying to save me money they want me to add someone on a policy who doesn’t drive my car and who doesn’t own a car just so I could pay more money. What kind of insurance company is that?"

"One of the worst insurances out there. I had a windshield replacement and the mechanics couldn't verify my insurance for some reason. I called and one of the agents straight up said that they will not cover my replacement. I was disappointed but decided to call again and then one if the agents said that my comprehensive does cover glass and idk why the other person said that to you. Long story short they couldn't replace my windshield as the claims at progressive never processed my policy hence it didn't show up at the mechanics."

"This company is the best insurance company I have EVER experienced. Never thought I would be able to say this about an insurance company. They don't just collect your money for years and then ghost you when you need them. THEY ARE REALLY THERE FOR YOU when something goes wrong. 24/7!"
