Bank of America ATM 6400 Avalon Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90003

"I'm amazed, I went in today, wanted to talk to a bank person about a situation n they told me I couldn't do it n they gave me the reason why wich after walking out and thinking about it made no sense but anyway I called boa and they told me they could do the situation I went to the bank for so I did it and done. They need to educate their employees (front desk) cuz I bet if I was able to talk to one of the bank person I would have walked out of there satisfied n I would not be writing this review. N if you must know it was about a balance transfer n I even used my fingers so they can have a visual of what I was trying to do like nah ah. I literally like there's two fingers, finger A and finger B. Finger A is trying to transfer their balance to finger B. Lol it was like really funny you had to be there."

"It's very inconvenient that the ATMs don't work after hours. This location needs a card reader on the door so people could use the ATM indoors."

"Crazy lines for ATM! Do not come here. I looked and left. You'd have to be crazy to not just leave. Get a different bank people, why subject yourselves to being herded like cattle just to use an ATM?"

"This has got to be the worst bank around here service is bad and slow it doesn't matter if they have 2 people or 30 waiting in line only 2 cashier will service people here."
