"This broker, Moses, signed the purchase contract for my condo I was selling in Los Angeles. Broker/Lender and the 30 days close of escrow took over 2 months to close. He might have done a good job for the buyer, his client, but if you are a home seller and you do not want to suffer too much do not accept offers from this lender. I do not think he even looked at the offer, his assistance a non licensee (this is a Corp) who was so rude to my Realtor worked the transaction. Lack of communication & lack of knowledge and experience was so obvious, they had no care for the seller. ..It was so harsh & hard!"
