This was my first bank and the first place I got a loan- for no more than 3.5% apr - you can't find this kind of service just anywhere."

"I went into the bank because the call center wasn't picking up. My credit card bill was overdue, we hadn't used that card in years. So we thought. Apparently SiriusXm has been paying itself automatically but the bank couldn't tell me how I had been paying the credit card bill. Perhaps the bank has been paying itself automatically. The teller couldn't tell me. She also couldn't tell me why my credit card had an overdue payment fee of $8 and some change. All she could tell me was that my card has been charged $30 quarterly for Siriusxm. At no point did the teller offer to find out, she just tried to talk me out of closing the credit card. Today I called to find out my routing number and again was put through to the call center. I couldn't hear what was happening on the other end.... Useless!"

"10 business days to clear a certified check, no transactions post on Saturdays... their technology is stuck in the 70's. Highly recommend finding another bank. Edit for Owner: I called and they told me to kick rocks. I asked them to call the bank that issued the check to verify funds.. and they told me to kick rocks. And there's no way to "pm" you"

"I was first with Pt. Mugu, then Pacific Oaks and now Premier America. It's fine, but I prefer a more local based bank. Also, as the have changed the entrance, there is not a bike rack in the front anymore, and the walk up ATM is in a not so good location."
